Our Services. BusyBz Cleaning Consultants delivers Deep Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Restaurant Cleaning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. BusyBz Cleaning Consultants may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. BusyBz Cleaning Consultants disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of BusyBz Cleaning Consultants arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold BusyBz Cleaning Consultants harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
